Our conscience is the still small voice within us. It reflects what is the condition of our heart. If the Holy Spirit is living in our heart; if we are a child of God; Born Again; Baptized in the Spirit, then the Holy Spirit can speak to us through our conscience. We need to be able to tune in to our conscience so that we can discern what the Spirit is telling us because those who are lead by the Spirit are Children of God.
